Currently a three-storey mixed-use building with 16 apartment homes nearing the end of its economic life, the property is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Esquimalt Road and Head Street. GMC has re-envisioned this property alongside 900 Carlton Terrace. The goal is to create a new diverse mixed-use commercial and residential community that will help address our current housing shortage while simultaneously bringing new life to an area in need of reinvigoration. An application to the Township of Esquimalt was submitted in June of 2023, and we received approval of our development variance permit from Esquimalt Council in April of 2024.
