Located within the Riley Park neighbourhood in the City of Vancouver, GMC is excited to be embarking on the redevelopment and re-envisioning of 109 E. 40th alongside the Immanuel Baptist Church to bring together livability and community through the creation of a new Church facility and secured market rental homes. Our rezoning application was unanimously approved in June of 2023, and we look forward to delivering much needed rental homes alongside a new Church facility that will provide housing and a place of worship for generations to come.
