Originally the Goodwill Coca-Cola bottling plant and later a Loblaws grocery outlet, GMC acquired and redeveloped this 75,000 sq.ft. warehouse into a mixed-use 117,000 square-foot retail, office, warehouse and self-storage building.

Completed in 2016 and sold in 2019.
