After working the trades in the construction sector in BC early in his career, Richard completed a dip. Arch. and in the 22 years since, has accumulated a considerable volume of design, development, construction and project management knowledge. Working internationally for a good part of his professional career, he has developed an extensive design background. Richard has been both a leader as well as an integral team member, creating very successful projects ranging from simple public infrastructure upgrades to complex residential, commercial and master-planned communities. At GMC Projects, Richard brings with him a passion for creating truly unique & dynamic living and public spaces that people are drawn to be in and around. A proud father of three kids, he can usually be found on the weekend running or hiking the multiple trails surrounding Victoria.
