With significant gratitude to all those who have supported this proposal, as well as to Esquimalt Staff and Council, we’re thrilled to announce that we received approval of our Development Variance Permit for 900 Esquimalt Road and 900 Carlton Terrace in 5-2 vote on April 8th, 2024. We are excited to progress to the next stage, and eager to see this corner of our community truly revitalized. A new day dawns indeed.
