Partnership with Greystar

We are excited to announce our partnership and ground breaking with Greystar, to deliver Birchway Angle Lake. This is GMC’s first US project, after having acquired the site in 2019 and secured the entitlements for this mixed-use transit oriented development.

Birchway Angle Lake will offer 289 studio, one and two bedroom apartment homes with commercial at grade and strategically located across the street from the Angle Lake Station. We are grateful for the hard work of all parties to see a successful partnership come together.
